Garrick G. Zielinski, CFP,

Garrick is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS), with over 22-years of Divorce Financial Planning experience. Garrick specializes in divorce planning, and provides expert witness testimony regarding pension valuations and division of ERISA and
nNon-ERISA retirement plans pursuant to divorce. Garrick has testified over 30 times in his career.
Prior to starting Divorce Financial Solutions Garrick founded WFA Asset Management Corporation in 1986 as a fee-based financial advisory firm that has grown into one of the largest independent fee-based firms in Wisconsin. Garrick sold WFA Asset Management in March of 2005, but still serves on the Board of Directors.

| Garrick is a member of the International Board of Standards and Practices for Certified Financial Planners, Inc., the Institute for Certified Divorce Financial Analysts, Inc., the NASD Board of Arbitrators,
International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, Inc. Garrick is also licensed with the League of Financial Institutions in Wisconsin as a registered investment advisor
(RIA). Garrick was recently elected as treasurer for the Collaborative
Family Law Council of Wisconsin.
Garrick is the co-author of Introduction
and Interpretation of a Pension Valuation for Divorce and author of Discovery,
Analysis and Evaluation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. Both
publications have been used as supplements in numerous lectures since 1987
by practicing family law attorneys, local bar associations, the State’s
Bar of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Iowa for continuing legal
education.
